Breath Practice - A Handful of Calm
This is a simple practice, but very grounding breathing practice I learned from Jivana Heyman in his Accessible Yoga Training.
Take a slow, deep breath in, visualize it coming in through your right nostril, and slowly open your right hand.
Breathe out slowly, visualizing your breath coming out of your right nostril, and close your right hand.
Take a slow, deep breath in, visualizing the breath coming in through your left nostril, and slowly open your left hand.
Breathe out slowly, visualizing your breath coming out of your left nostril, and close your left hand.
Repeat for 5 rounds or until you feel satisfied.
